Prices
Our prices are calculated based on the number of nights you stay, the number of hours tuition you take and other services you use.
We will give you an individual price depending upon your requirements. You can choose your arrival and departure dates. You don’t have to arrive and leave at a weekend, and you don’t need to take full weeks – a 10 day stay, for example is fine. We are flexible!

Taxis
We can collect you from and return you to any airport in the south of England, and will quote on an individual basis depending on your destination.
The best airports to use, in order of convenience for you and us are:
Southampton*
Bournemouth*
London Gatwick
London Heathrow
Bristol
London Luton
London Stansted
London City is also an option, but we do not organise taxis from there as it is close to central London and transfers from/to it are very expensive.
Taxis are generally expensive and adults are advised to use public transport if possible. It’s best to buy tickets in advance, using an app such as Trainline.
Prices for taxis are quoted on an individual basis, depending on the host family’s location.
As a guideline, London Gatwick (LGW) to Winchester return would cost around £400.
Remember that if you book 45+ tuition hours, you get a free inward taxi from any airport!
Important note re students aged under 18 travelling alone:
All students aged under 18 travelling alone must book our taxi service, because UK immigration specifies that they must be met by someone.
These students must also carry with them a copy of our Junior Permission Letter, signed by the parents.
Students aged under 16 will be taken to check-in by the driver on the return trip.
