Our prices are calculated based on the number of nights you stay, the number of hours tuition you take and other services you use.
We will give you an individual price depending upon your requirements. You can choose your arrival and departure dates. You don’t have to arrive and leave at a weekend, and you don’t need to take full weeks – a 10 day stay, for example is fine. We are flexible!

Volunteer placement Fee
This is included in the package for students aged 16 and 17.
Students aged 18-30 can opt for this service at a fee of £350.
Business Coaching Fee
Coaching by Professional, Qualified Business Coach (includes pre-session assessment and post-session feedback)
£450 per half-day
Taxi transfer prices
Adults (18+) do not need to use the taxi service. We can advise on public transport options.

Important note re students aged under 18 travelling alone:
All students aged under 18 travelling alone must book our taxi service, because UK immigration specifies that they must be met by someone.
These students must also carry with them a copy of our Junior Permission Letter, signed by the parents.
All students aged under 16 will be escorted to check-in on departure, making sure they are in the right check-in area and ensuring they know where to go after check-in.
How to pay
After we have confirmed your booking and you have told us you are happy with what is being offered, we request full payment to arrive in our account one month before arrival. We will send you an invoice indicating by which date we should receive payment. This contains our bank details.
